Ah, There are No Restrictions, It’s simple, We Love Pets at Urbane. Our theory is this, If we have a good Resident, they likely have a Good Pet!

Here is the newest addition to the Urbane Pet Force, Oliver, pretty cute little guy don’t you think?

Heck, You can even bring in your bird if you want,thats what this Urbane Resident did!

We started Urbane Apartments in August of 2003, with our first community, Urbane on Maple. Frankly, we had little idea what the heck we were doing, but we were passionate about our product and we set out to build a Brand. In the beginning, we dropped the ball a lot, and we sometimes still do, but we have worked hard to improve by focusing on the Residents Experience.

By that, at the end of the day, really all that matters is this; Would You Recommend Urbane to a Friend. We hope so.

We have attached below a Ratings Survey that is generated monthly through our Resident Portal on the Urbane Lobby, marked Resident Hub, and is an aggregate total as voted by Urbane Residents that live in Urbane Apartments. We cannot alter the data, or dates or filter. It is what it is, or, It Is What Urbane Residents have voted.
