Residents Miss Urbane

Natalie and I miss Urbane so much – hopefully we don’t have to stay in Cincinnati too long, and perhaps can return to Michigan next year.  How is everything going?  I guess you never know how much you enjoy Michigan until you actually leave…

This store-opening experience has been amazing, and if we have the opportunity to come back, we will certainly give you and Kim a call – we miss our hardwood floors!

My time here at Urbane has been great. It is a great residence and great maintenance service.  Usually, it takes about 1 day to handle even a minor issue.  The VIP card has been great.  There is no waiting at Blackfinn and get a discount on my dry cleaning.  I am sad to move out and hope that I may lease again in the future.

Urbane Residents Rate Their Experience

We started Urbane Apartments in August of 2003, with our first community, Urbane on Maple. Frankly, we had little idea what the heck we were doing, but we were passionate about our product and we set out to build a Brand. In the beginning, we dropped the ball a lot, and we sometimes still do, but we have worked hard to improve by focusing on the Residents Experience.

By that, at the end of the day, really all that matters is this; Would You Recommend Urbane to a Friend. We hope so.

We have attached below a Ratings Survey that is generated monthly through our Resident Portal on the Urbane Lobby, marked Resident Hub, and is an aggregate total as voted by Urbane Residents that live in Urbane Apartments. We cannot alter the data, or dates or filter. It is what it is, or, It Is What Urbane Residents have voted.
