    I called the EMERGENCY maintenance line 3 hours ago…..no one answered so we’ve called back and still no answer or reply. Is anyone going to respond soon?????

    Urbane Guest House for FREE??? I was just told the Urbane Guest House rents at $50 a night but I see free on the website… Can you please clarify. To post and offer such an incentive for living at Urbane especially with the holidays rolling around and then to call and find out this is not true is a bit of a disappointment.

    Our requests are usually made on time and promptly. We have been dissatisfied with out last request, however, it is not due to the maintenance man. We showed dark water spots on our exterior wall, corner of ceiling and exterior wall and adjacent wall after a heavy snow and ice storm. Our windows also had ice freezing on the inside of them. Because one of our neighbors had their roof cave in due to flooding on a unit above them over the summer, we were very concerned about snow buildup on the roof of our apartment. The maintenance man showed up quickly and looked at it. He told us the only remedy to the issue is new windows; however, he suspected that the owners would not replace the windows in our apartments. We are not sure how to resolve the matter.

    BIGGEST LAZY PIECES OF SHITS EVER AND I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN!!!! NOTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF NO CALLS ANSWERED NEVER GOT CALLS BACK UNBELIEVABLE . IM DISGUSTED YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT RUNNING A PROPER RENTAL PROPERTY !!!!!!

    Here on Urbane on Adams we haven’t had hot water for 2 weeks..apparently this morning it was a HUGE emergency and they SHUT the water completely off..with no warning. Just decided that tuesday morning would be a good time to switch switch out the hot water tank….WITHOUT WARNING ANYONE! !!AWESOME!!!thanks urbane.
